We eat sausages in San Juan, the coldest day of the year in Bolivia. Everybody tastes one that day because it seems that day sausages taste special.
Before San Juan we can notice a lot of promotions on Tv about all kind of sausages. If you walk that day in the streets, I mean, the day of San Juan one can see long queues to buy them. Of course, there are sausages of good, regular and bad quality. In general, people buy sausages according to their economy. In spite of that, they share sausages with their families and friends, having a good time. This is an opportunity to be in family.
